ZoZ GE|ZoZ, to family and friends better known as Alex Widell was born on the 18th of January in 1991. He's currently living in Uppsala, Sweden and besides studying at the Celsius Sports Gymnasium, he likes to chill with his mates, go partying and play golf. In the following interview he's talking about his personal performance in the finished Bundesliga season and about the whole team's performance as well.

Hey ZoZah! First off, would you tell us how the 12th Bundesliga season went for you as a player? Before the start of the season you seemed to be in a great shape, but once again you couldn't fit the expectations concerning results. Is it a problem with Bundesliga especially for you as you showed great performances in other leagues?

Yeah the whole thing about this bundesliga is strange, I wouldn't say I'm in bad shape since alongside my relatively bad buli-performance, I've been winning almost all my matches in our other leagues, as well as taking down those "big names" like Lefy, Naama, ThomasG in ladder and solo cups. So it has to be some kind of curse about buli..

You've been in this team for a pretty long time now. How do you feel about the changes it went through and what things make you happy or sad when you think about them?

The changes so far have almost always been into something better, with the exception of losing Capu and Grim, who were really good friends and players. But I feel this team is at its best at the moment concerning the team spirit. I really enjoy playing with these guys, some of which are my old mates like Hax and JusT and also the new ones like KhaRmA and JinX. The new orga-addition known as Ernest is also very positive.

Let's take a look at the season. The team started off pretty bad by losing to LG, with JusT losing his only bo3 in the whole season, and winning FS 3-2 only. Back then, the 2on2 seemed to be the main problem, but what do you think about the starting problems which look almost necessary for this team, concerning the earlier seasons as well?

I really don't know why we made those results, since on the paper we're a lot better than those teams. But this season it wasn't just the beginning, we did some pretty crappy result through out the entire run. Like losing 1-4 vs XX5 and myD, as well as just winning with a 3-2 score vs n2o. If I would know the answer to this we would've done something about it already. We'll just have to train more for the next season.

So, you already went into the other lost clanwars. Would you say the team took it too easy and didn't focus enough on playing as the direct qualification for the 1. Bundesliga was taken for granted? As the clanwars after the 1-4 losses were won by 5-0, it looks like the big losses motivated the players again.

To be honest, we never underestimate any team in bundesliga, and always try to send our best lineup for each clanwar. But somehow it didn't work out this season. And now when it came down to the end result, it seems like if we had taken 2-3 more points we would've got the direct promotion spot. Which is a bit annoying since we forfeited 2 matches this season, and a whole bunch of match could've easily been won.

So, as you already said, the team finished 3rd by only 1 point difference to the 2nd, team LG. The team went through a lot of changes during the season, even more than before the season. Do you feel like that without all of these changes, the performance would've been more stable?

I doubt that the changes within the team would've caused a negative impact on the clanwar results. I think we've got a lot more to give than we did this season, and as we ended up 3rd after a really bad season I'd say we've got a pretty strong team, even after the changes.

With the grid being just released and the first round against StFo starting on Saturday, do you feel like the team is able to reach the 1st Bundesliga through Winnersbracket, beating StFo in 1st, sIN in 2nd and probably CoB in 3rd round?

Lets start with StFo, they haven't really been any problem for us before and I believe the latest results have been 4-1 and 3-2 for us, and I expect us to go out on top from that match. Then we have sIN-Gaming, which have recently recruited some more pretty good guys, and I think it will be a tough match, but I think we can take them. And finally CoB, which has a pretty strong lineup with players such as Sin and Tapion. That will definitely be the hardest one (if we get there). The chances are better than I expected.

So, what do you think who is going to advance into 1st Bundesliga through WB and through LB?

Lets be optimistic and say, we will come through the WB and CoB will come through the LB. Anyway I'd say the three favourites in this relegation is definitely CoB, sIN and us.

So, we are almost done. To get finished, let's do the "I start a sentence and you finish it"-game. Alright?

k

Right now I'd like to...

...own JusT in a 1on1 on SV.

If I could, I would...

...never spend another day in school :D

Orc is...

...Lächerlich

Demon Hunter should...

...be president

Aight let's stop it right now, but I have one more question. Do you think JusT deserves his inofficial title as the Starspieler?

It's not just a title, and it's not inofficial! :D

That's it. Any last words to the haters?

Big thx to those who support me and this team. And to the haters? Keep up the good work!
